Important alert for passengers. South Central Railway has implemented new rules. Henceforth, RAC has made available 'Hand Held Terminals' tabs in trains to transparently allot berths to the passengers on the list.. to check the corruption of TCs. This system was first introduced by Indian Railways in 16 trains under Vijayawada Division. Through these tabs, cancellation of reservation in trains, for those in the RAC list, TCs have paved the way for allotment of berths.
Earlier these tabs were given to TCs in Rajdhani and Shatabdi Express. Recently these have been provided to TCs in 16 trains under South Central Railway. These have been introduced in 3 Durantho Expresses and 5 Super Fast Express trains running in both directions. Ministry of Railways has decided to provide HHT tabs to TCs in more trains soon. With these HHT tabs TCs will check the allotment of berths.
If the passengers who have made a reservation come, they will tick that tab. All those details are available online at railway zonal and divisional offices. Reservation cancellation details are also available in those tabs. The canceled berths should be allotted to those who are in the RAC's order of succession. Immediately tick the tab. Anyone acting contrary to that will be identified online by the higher officials in the zonal and divisional offices. Action will be taken against those responsible.

ప్రయాణీకులకు ముఖ్య అలెర్ట్. దక్షిణ మధ్య రైల్వే సరికొత్త నిబంధనలను అమలులోకి తీసుకొచ్చింది. ఇకపై రైళ్లలో RAC జాబితాలో ఉన్న ప్రయాణీకులకు బెర్త్లను పారదర్శకంగా కేటాయించేందుకు.. టీసీల అవినీతికి చెక్ పెట్టేందుకు ‘హ్యాండ్ హెల్డ్ టెర్మినల్స్’ ట్యాబ్లను అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చింది. ఈ విధానాన్ని ఇండియన్ రైల్వేస్.. మొదట విజయవాడ డివిజన్ పరిధిలోని 16 రైళ్లలో ప్రవేశపెట్టింది. ఈ ట్యాబ్ల ద్వారా రైళ్లలో రిజర్వేషన్ రద్దు, ఆర్ఏసీ జాబితాలో ఉన్నవారికి.. టీసీలు బెర్త్ల కేటాయింపు పక్కాగా చేసేందుకు మార్గం సుగమమైంది.
గతంలో రాజధాని, శతాబ్ది ఎక్స్ప్రెస్లలోని టీసీలకు ఈ ట్యాబ్లను అందించారు. తాజాగా దక్షిణ మధ్య రైల్వే పరిధిలోని 16 రైళ్లలో టీసీలకు వీటిని అందించారు. రెండువైపులా తిరిగే 3 దురంతో ఎక్స్ప్రెస్లు, 5 సూపర్ ఫాస్ట్ ఎక్స్ప్రెస్ రైళ్లలో వీటిని ప్రవేశపెట్టారు. త్వరలో మరిన్ని రైళ్లలోని టీసీలకూ హెచ్హెచ్టీ ట్యాబ్లను అందించాలని రైల్వేశాఖ నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ హెచ్హెచ్టీ ట్యాబ్లతో టీసీలు బెర్త్ల కేటాయింపును పరిశీలిస్తారు.
రిజర్వేషన్ చేసుకున్న ప్రయాణికులు వస్తే ఆ ట్యాబ్లోనే టిక్ పెడతారు. ఆ వివరాలన్నీ రైల్వే జోనల్, డివిజనల్ కార్యాలయాలకు ఆన్లైన్లో అందుబాటులో ఉంటాయి. రిజర్వేషన్ రద్దు చేసుకున్న వివరాలు కూడా ఆ ట్యాబ్లలో అందుబాటులో ఉంటాయి. రద్దు చేసుకున్న బెర్త్లను ఆర్ఏసీలో వరుస క్రమంలో ఉన్నవారికే కేటాయించాలి. ఆ వెంటనే ట్యాబ్లో టిక్ పెట్టాలి. ఎవరైనా అందుకు విరుద్ధంగా వ్యవహరిస్తే జోనల్, డివిజనల్ కార్యాలయాల్లోని ఉన్నతాధికారులు ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా గుర్తిస్తారు. అందుకు బాధ్యులైన వారిపై చర్యలు తీసుకుంటారు.
