'పుష్ప 2' విషయానికి వచ్చేసరికి రష్మికతో పాటు మరో కథానాయికకు చోటు ఉందనే టాక్ బలంగానే వినిపిస్తోంది. ఆ కథానాయిక ఎంపిక విషయంలోనే కసరత్తు జరుగుతోందట.

శ్రీవల్లీ పాత్ర ఏమిటనేది అందరికీ తెలిసిందే ..  ఫస్టు పార్టులో ఆమెతో పుష్పకి పెళ్లి  జరుగుతుంది. మరో హీరోయిన్ పాత్ర ఏ వైపు నుంచి ఉండనుందనే సందేహాలు అభిమానుల్లో ఉన్నాయి. ఈ సినిమాలో పోలీస్ ఆఫీసర్ గా కనిపించిన భన్వర్ సింగ్ షెకావత్ చెల్లెలు పాత్రలో మరో హీరోయిన్ ఎంట్రీ ఇస్తుందని అంటున్నారు. 

ఒక వైపున 'పుష్ప' పై భన్వర్ సింగ్ కత్తులు నూరుతుంటే, మరో వైపున ఆయన చెల్లెలు పుష్ప పై మనసు పారేసుకుంటుందని అంటున్నారు. ఈ పాత్రను సుకుమార్ చాలా ఇంట్రెస్టింగ్  గా మలిచాడని చెబుతున్నారు. ఈ పాత్ర కోసం ఎవరిని తీసుకుంటారనేది ఆసక్తికరంగా మారింది. ఆగస్టు నుంచి ఈ సినిమా రెగ్యులర్ షూటింగు మొదలవుతుందని అంటున్నారు.
