The Telangana government's newly introduced 'Gruhalakshmi' program, Minister Prashanth Reddy, has made a significant announcement regarding it. In the ongoing promotion that the construction of homes under the Gruhalakshmi project has already reached the roof level, they provided clarity that this is not true. To facilitate the construction of houses for those who already have a plot of land under the Gruhalakshmi scheme, the government will provide financial assistance of three lakh rupees. People are showing good response to this, submitting applications.
Consequently, government offices have been buzzing with activity to process the applications by this month's 10th deadline. Necessary documents like caste, income, and residence certificates are being issued at the Tahsildar's office and your service centers. Subsequently, Tahsildar offices are experiencing a surge in public footfall.
After the completion of the construction, applications will be accepted, Minister Vemula Prashanth Reddy has said in the ongoing publicity campaign. He clarified that the minister has been emphasizing that Gruhalakshmi is an ongoing process. Opposition party leaders are engaging in unethical practices regarding Gruhalakshmi applications. Minister Vemula Prashanth Reddy has informed the people not to believe in them. If anyone has vacant land, it has been conveyed that they can apply for Gruhalakshmi.

తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం కొత్తగా ప్రవేశపెట్టిన ‘గృహలక్ష్మి’ కార్యక్రమంలో మంత్రి ప్రశాంత్‌రెడ్డి కీలక ప్రకటన చేశారు. గృహలక్ష్మి ప్రాజెక్టు కింద ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణం ఇప్పటికే రూఫ్‌ లెవల్‌కు చేరుకుందని జరుగుతున్న ప్రచారంలో.. అది నిజం కాదని క్లారిటీ ఇచ్చారు. గృహలక్ష్మి పథకం కింద ఇప్పటికే పట్టా భూమి ఉన్న వారికి ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణం సులభతరం చేసేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం మూడు లక్షల రూపాయల ఆర్థిక సహాయం అందజేస్తుంది.
దీనికి ప్రజలు దరఖాస్తులు సమర్పిస్తూ మంచి స్పందన కనబరుస్తున్నారు. దీంతో ఈ నెల 10వ తేదీలోగా దరఖాస్తుల పరిశీలనకు ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాలు కళకళలాడుతున్నాయి. తహశీల్దార్ కార్యాలయం, మీ సేవా కేంద్రాల్లో అవసరమైన కుల, ఆదాయ, నివాస ధృవీకరణ పత్రాలు జారీ చేస్తున్నారు. దీంతో తహశీల్దార్ కార్యాలయాలకు ప్రజల రద్దీ పెరిగింది. నిర్మాణం పూర్తయిన తర్వాత దరఖాస్తులు స్వీకరిస్తామని మంత్రి వేముల ప్రశాంత్ రెడ్డి కొనసాగుతున్న ప్రచార కార్యక్రమంలో తెలిపారు.
గృహలక్ష్మి అనేది నిరంతర ప్రక్రియ అని మంత్రి ఉద్ఘాటిస్తూనే ఉన్నారని ఆయన స్పష్టం చేశారు. గృహలక్ష్మి దరఖాస్తుల విషయంలో ప్రతిపక్ష పార్టీ నేతలు అనైతిక చర్యలకు పాల్పడుతున్నారు. వారిని నమ్మవద్దని మంత్రి వేముల ప్రశాంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రజలకు సూచించారు. ఎవరికైనా ఖాళీ స్థలం ఉంటే గృహలక్ష్మి కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చని తెలియజేశారు.
