Key Highlights

• APTA Student Educational Program (ASEP): Launched in 2008 as the first community service initiative, ASEP has provided scholarships worth, 14 crores to 10,000 students.
• Membership Growth: APTA now proudly serves 8,500 families or 20,000 individuals.
• Nextgen and Career Guidance: Senior members and industry experts to mentor students & workforce, helping them achieve their full potential through career-focused, high-quality, and affordable training programs. These differentiated services attracted good donations too.
• Women Empowerment: Many women leaders are coming forward passionately to help other women advance their careers, business interests, honoring women leader's contributions and celebrating their success.
• Business and Wall street Committees: Evolved from a small group of business owners to organizing the prestigious and biggest Global Business Forum - Katalyst and educating membersto achieve their financial goals with various investment strategies.
• Holistic Member Enrichment: Many Sports, spirituality and family enrichment programs.
• Community Outreach: Charitable initiatives in India to support extended families and parents with Medical, eye camps and several uplifting programs to foster a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction among members.

APTA 2024 team hosted three regional events in USA through two-day sessions, offering opportunities to
learn about APTA services, connect with members, and reduce travel costs by keeping events within
drivable distances. These regional events provided memorable experiences while strengthening member
connections, increased participation, showcasing local talents, and enhancing community engagement.

• The August 2024 Capital Region 16th Anniversary drew 2,500 attendees, featuring in-person sessions like APTA Women Empowerment, Business, Wall Street, and Matrimonial. Guests enjoyed Srinivasa Kalyanam, India-style lunch service (Banti Bhojanalu), a delicious banquet night, a world-class fusion fashion show, and a Koti Gari music show.

In October 2024, the Dallas Mega Jathara brought together 2,500 attendees with a unique Indian village-style carnival offering shopping, rides, food, and fun. The event included a Matrimonial session, Batukamma festive celebrations, and cultural programs that rekindled childhood memories for many members.
The November 2024 West Coast Conference united 1,500 attendees, including participants from
across the nation. Sessions focused on Matrimonial, Real Estate, and Wall Street services. Guests
celebrated Sri Lakshmi Puja, enjoyed the Ms.& Mrs. APTA contest, a grand mega celebration, and a live
orchestra.
