The left wing student unions have alleged that the problems in the education sector in Telangana are piling up wherever they are planted. On Wednesday, schools and junior colleges across the state called for a bandh, saying that the government's actions to solve the problems in the education sector are null and void.

 Left wing student unions claim that the government has not taken any steps to control the fees of corporate and private educational institutions. The cabinet sub-committee which met recently on education issues went on like a mantra. He said that the government is also acting in favor of the corporate forces by not disclosing the report of the Cabinet Sub-Committee on the Control of Fees and the reports of the Tirupati Rao Committee.

They are demanding to fill the vacant teaching and non-teaching posts. He expressed anger that even though it has been a month since the start of the academic year, all the students have not received uniforms and textbooks. In some places, there are no teachers to teach. In other places, it is stated that there are no basic facilities. Left student unions AISF, SFI, AIDSU, PDSU said that there is no drinking water, no toilets, pending mid-day meal bills, but the government is not paying attention to them.

Meanwhile, the Telangana Recognized School Management Association has extended its support to the bandh of educational institutions called by the left-wing student unions on Wednesday. TRSMA president Shekhar Rao announced that the decision to support the bandh was taken after gathering everyone's opinions.
