There are some rules and regulations to be able to benefit from this scheme. In villages the income should not exceed 10 thousand per month. For the same towns this limit is 12 thousand. Magani should be less than 3 acres.. Metta land should be less than 10 acres. If Magani and Metta are combined.. should be less than 10 acres. If there is land in the municipality… it should not be more than 750 square feet.

 Also, no one in the family should be doing government job or receiving pension. Sanitation workers are exempt from this rule. Also no one in the family should have a four wheeler. Likewise, there should be no tax payers. Aadhaar card and bank account should be in the name of the eligible woman. Age proof should be provided.

The Jagan government is already providing financial assistance to SC, ST, BC, minority and poor women between the ages of 45 to 60 through the YSR Cheyutha scheme.

 Also, through YSR Kapunestam, it also provides assistance to the poor sisters of Kapu, Balija, Telaga and Ontar castes. In order to benefit all the poor women in the age group of 45 to 60 years of the state.. YSR EGC Nestham scheme has been introduced for the poor women of the upper castes even though it is not included in the manifesto.

ఈ పథకం ద్వారా లబ్ధి చేకూరాలంటే కొన్ని నియమ నిబంధనలు ఉన్నాయి. గ్రామాల్లో అయితే ఆదాయం నెలకు 10 వేలకు మించికూడదు. అదే పట్టణాలు అయితే ఈ పరిమితి 12 వేలుగా ఉంది. మాగాణి 3 ఎకరాల కన్నా తక్కువ.. మెట్ట భూమి 10 ఎకరాల కన్నా తక్కువ ఉండాలి. మాగాణి, మెట్ట కలిపి ఉంటే.. 10 ఎకరాల కంటే తక్కువ ఉండాలి. ఒకవేళ మన్సిపాలిటీలో స్థలం ఉంటే… అది  750 చదరపు అడుగుల కన్నా ఎక్కువ ఉండకూడదు.

 అలాగే ఫ్యామిలీలో ఎవరూ గవర్నమెంట్ జాబ్ చేస్తున్నవాళ్లు, పింఛన్ తీసుకుంటున్నవాళ్లు ఉండకూడదు. ఈ రూల్ విషయంలో పారిశుద్ధ్య కార్మికులకు మినహాయింపు ఉంది. అలానే ఫ్యామిలీలో ఎవరికీ ఫోర్ వీలర్ ఉండొద్దు. అలానే ట్యాక్స్ కట్టేవారు కూడా ఉండకూడదు. అర్హులైన మహిళ పేరు మీద ఆధార్ కార్డు, బ్యాంక్ ఖాతా ఉండాలి. వయసు ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాలు ఇవ్వాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

ఇప్పటికే వైఎస్ఆర్ చేయూత పథకం ద్వారా 45 నుండి 60 ఏళ్ళ మధ్య వయసు గల ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీ, మైనార్టీ, పేద మహిళలకు ఆర్థిక సాయం చేస్తుంది జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం. అలాగే వైఎస్ఆర్ కాపునేస్తం ద్వారా కాపు, బలిజ, తెలగ, ఒంటరి కులాల్లోని పేద అక్కచెల్లెమ్మలకు కూడా సాయం అందిస్తుంది. రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని వర్గాలకు చెందిన 45 నుండి 60 ఏళ్ళ వయస్సు గల పేద మహిళలందరికీ లబ్ధి చేకూర్చే క్రమంలో..  మేనిఫెస్టోలో పెట్టకపోయినా అగ్రవర్ణాలకు చెందిన పేద మహిళల కోసం వైఎస్సార్ ఈజీసీ నేస్తం స్కీమ్ ప్రవేశపెట్టింది.
