The residents of Hyderabad did not miss the traffic. The people of the city, who have been facing the threat of traffic on the city roads for three days now, are facing more difficulties ahead. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the traffic problem became severe.
From 10 am to 11 pm, the main roads and streets are jammed with vehicles. On the one hand, the Legislative Assembly meetings, the Formula-E racing international competition on February 11, Numaish till February 15, the opening of the new secretariat on February 17, and Shivratri celebrations on February 18, the motorists could not escape the traffic hell for another 10 days. Even though the traffic police are on duty 24 hours, it has become a challenge to improve the situation.

ఓవైపు శాసనసభ సమావేశాలు, ఫిబ్రవరి 11న ఫార్ములా-ఈ రేసింగ్‌ అంతర్జాతీయస్థాయిలో జరిగే పోటీలు, ఫిబ్రవరి 15 వరకు నుమాయిష్‌, ఫిబ్రవరి 17న నూతన సచివాలయం ప్రారంభం, ఫిబ్రవరి 18న శివరాత్రి వేడుకలు ఇలా వరుస కార్యక్రమాలు నెలకొన్న నేపథ్యంలో మరో 10 రోజులపాటు వాహనదారులు ట్రాఫిక్‌ నరకం తప్పేలాలేదు.
ట్రాఫిక్‌ పోలీసులు 24 గంటలు విధులు నిర్వర్తిస్తున్నా పరిస్థితిని చక్కదిద్దటం సవాలుగా మారింది.
