Actress Hansika Motwani has approached the Bombay High Court, requesting the quashing of a domestic violence case filed against her. She filed a quash petition, which was admitted for hearing by a bench comprising Justice Sarang Kotwal and Justice S.M. Modak.

Hansika's sister-in-law, Muskan James, had previously filed a domestic violence case against Hansika and her mother, Jyoti Motwani. In response, the court has issued notices to Muskan James, and the next hearing is scheduled for July 3.
