M.K. Stalin: Response to Delimitation Resolution in Telangana Assembly

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK leader M.K. Stalin has responded to the resolution passed by the Telangana Assembly regarding delimitation. He mentioned that the demand raised in Chennai has been fulfilled in Hyderabad. Stalin emphasized that a transparent delimitation process would promote justice, equality, and the spirit of federalism in the country.

He criticized the delimitation law proposed by the central government, stating that it would harm the democratic balance and empower actions that promote injustice. Stalin also pointed out that the all-party meeting in Chennai and the resolution introduced in the Telangana Assembly are just the beginning of a larger movement. He expressed hope that other states would follow Telangana’s example.

Stalin also announced that the second joint action committee meeting will be held in Hyderabad. He made it clear that they would not allow any injustice to shape the future of the country. He called the resolution passed by the Telangana Assembly a milestone in the fight for justice.
