Chandrababu Naidu: I Will Govern with the Inspiration of Lord Sri Rama
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said that he will govern the state with the inspiration of Lord Sri Rama’s ideals. He made this statement while attending the Sri Rama Kalyanam celebrations at Ontimitta Kodanda Ramaswamy Temple.
The Chief Minister said that Rama Rajya—a just and prosperous rule—is his goal for Andhra Pradesh. He pledged to develop the state with peace, prosperity, and values inspired by Lord Rama’s life and leadership.
On behalf of the state government, CM Chandrababu and his wife offered silk clothes and pearls to the deity. He praised the grand celebrations and said the marriage of Sita and Rama is an ideal for all.
Chandrababu mentioned that Ontimitta temple is now under Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) and that his government will develop it further under temple tourism. He promised better facilities for pilgrims, including beautification of the temple surroundings and stay options for visitors.
He also expressed hope that under PM Modi’s leadership, India will become a leading country by 2047. For Andhra Pradesh, he promised to build a Golden State—free from poverty and rich in culture, values, and economic opportunities.
“Governance should be like Sri Rama’s rule. Only then will people be happy and the state will progress,” he said.
