SANGAREDDY: On Tuesday, revenue officials demolished illegal structures on government land in Ailapur village, Ameenpur mandal. This action follows a recent visit by HYDRAA Commissioner Ranganath to the area.
Officials acted on complaints about the encroachment of 20 acres of government land in Survey Number 119. Private individuals had divided the land into plots, sold them, and constructed unauthorized buildings.
Under orders from higher authorities, the 20 acres of encroached land were cleared amid a heavy police presence. This included the demolition of structures built by Flusion International School, such as rooms and a compound wall.
Officials highlighted that Ailapur village has a total of 490 acres of government land, all currently entangled in court cases. Recently, there have been reports of individuals selling parts of this land as house plots.
The Ameenpur tahsildar issued a stern warning: anyone purchasing plots on government land in Ailapur will face legal consequences.
