Ingredients 

1/2 kg of Rice, 1/2 kg Minappappu, 100 grams of Raw Gram, Enough oil, 2 or 4 Onions, 10 or 12 Green Chillies, A small piece of Ginger, 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds, 1/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda, Enough salt.

Preparation

Step 1 : Soak both gram and rice separately for three hours. After these two are softened together, grind them finely. On the other hand, green groundnuts should also be soaked for an hour. Cut onions, green chillies, ginger and other ingredients into small pieces.

Step 2 : Now add groundnut, onion, ginger, green chillies, cumin, salt, baking soda to the ground flour. Take little by little from this mixed flour and make it into a round shape.

Step 3 : Then put a pan on the stove and add some oil and fry it. After the oil is heated, add the dough that has been made into a round shape.. and fry it. After frying everything like this, take it out in a plate. That's it! The hot crabs are ready!

కావాల్సిన పదార్ధాలు

1/2 కేజీ బియ్యం, 1/2 కేజీ మినప్పప్పు, 100 గ్రాములు పచ్చి శెనగపప్పు, తగినంత నూనె, 2 లేదా 4 ఉల్లిపాయలు, 10 లేదా 12 పచ్చిమిర్చి, ఒక చిన్న అల్లం ముక్క, 1 టీ స్పూన్ జీలకర్ర, 1/4 టీ స్పూన్ వంటసోడా, తగినంత ఉప్పు.

తయారు చేయు విధానం

Step 1 : మినప్పప్పు, బియ్యం రెండింటిని విడివిడిగా మూడుగంటల ముందే నానబెట్టుకోవాలి. అనంతరం ఈ రెండు మెత్తబడిన తర్వాత కలిపి.. మెత్తగా రుబ్బుకోవాలి. మరోవైపు పచ్చిశెనగపప్పును కూడా ఓ గంటసేపటి వరకు నానబెట్టుకోవాలి. ఇక ఉల్లిపాయలు, పచ్చిమిర్చి, అల్లం తదితర పదార్థాలను చిన్న ముక్కలుగా కట్ చేసుకుని పెట్టుకోవాలి.

Step 2 : ఇప్పుడు ఇదివరకు రుబ్బుకున్న పిండిలో పచ్చిశెనగపప్పు, ఉల్లి, అల్లం, పచ్చిమిర్చి, జీలకర్ర, ఉప్పు, వంటసోడా వేసి.. గారెలపిండికన్నా కాస్త మెత్తగా కలుపుకోవాలి. ఇలా కలుపుకున్న ఈ పిండి నుంచి కొద్దికొద్దిగా తీసుకుని గుండ్రంగా వుండే పరిమాణంలో తయారుచేసుకోవాలి.

Step 3 : అనంతరం స్టౌవ్ మీద ఒక బాణలి పెట్టి అందులో కొద్దిగా నూనె వేసి వేయించాలి. నూనె కాగిన తర్వాత అందులో ఇదివరకు గుండ్రంగా తయారుచేసుకున్న పిండిని వేసి.. దోరగా వేయించుకోవాలి. ఇలా అన్నింటిని వేసి వేయించుకున్న తర్వాత ఒక ప్లేటులో తీసిపెట్టుకోవాలి. అంతే! వేడివేడి పునుగులు రెడీ!
