In junior colleges across the state, the deadline for admission to the first year of Intermediate for the academic year 2023-24 has been extended until July 31. This decision was announced by the Inter Board Secretary Navin Mittal, keeping in mind the continuous rainfall until July 25. As a result, the commencement of classes has been postponed until the end of this month, providing relief to the areas affected by the downpour.
Students who are still awaiting admission can take advantage of this extension until July 31. They are advised to avoid any late fee by completing their admissions between August 1 and 16, with a nominal fee of Rs. 500. For degree admissions, students who secured seats in the third phase need to self-report online by July 28 to secure their place in their respective colleges, as officials have announced.

రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న జూనియర్‌ కాలేజీల్లో 2023-24 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి ఇంటర్‌ ప్రథమ సంవత్సరం ప్రవేశాల గడువును జులై 31 వరకు పెంచుతూ ఇంటర్‌ బోర్డు కార్యదర్శి నవీన్‌ మిత్తల్‌ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేశారు. గతంలో ఇచ్చిన ప్రకటన ప్రకారం జులై 25తో గడువు ముగియగా తాజాగా తుది గడువును ఈ నెలాకరు వరకు పొడిగించారు. ఎడతెరిపి లేకుండా కురుస్తున్న వర్షాల నేపథ్యంలో ఈ మేరకు పొడిగించారు.
జులై 31 తర్వాత అడ్మిషన్లు పొందే విద్యార్ధులు ఆలస్య రుసుము చెల్లించవల్సి ఉంటుందని తెలిపారు. ఆగస్టు 1 నుంచి 16 మధ్యలో చేరితే రూ.500 ఆలస్య రుసుం చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంటుందన్నారు. ఇక డిగ్రీ ప్రవేశాలకు నిర్వహిస్తోన్న దోస్త్‌ మూడో విడతలో సీట్లు పొందిన విద్యార్థులు ఫీజు చెల్లించి ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో సెల్ఫ్‌ రిపోర్టింగ్‌ చేసే గడువును జులై 28 వరకు పొడిగించారు. మూడు విడతల్లో సీట్లు పొందిన విద్యార్ధులు ఆయా కాలేజీల్లో స్వయంగా రిపోర్ట్‌ చేయాలని అధికారులు పేర్కొన్నారు.
