Attack on Chilkur Balaji Temple Chief Priest Rangarajan
CM Revanth Reddy Calls and Assures Strict Action
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy personally called Chilkur Balaji Temple’s Chief Priest Rangarajan after an attack on him created a stir in the Telugu states. Several political leaders and parties condemned the incident, and CM Revanth Reddy also responded strongly.
During the call, CM Revanth Reddy inquired about the incident and assured Rangarajan of strict action against the attackers. He instructed the police to take immediate and stringent measures.
When Rangarajan greeted the CM with "Namaste, Sir," Revanth Reddy respectfully responded, "Namaste Ayyagaru." The Chief Minister asked why he hadn’t informed him earlier, to which Rangarajan replied that the police were handling the situation well.
CM Revanth Reddy assured Rangarajan that there was no need to worry and that the culprits would face strict action. He also informed him that he had directed the local MLA to monitor the situation. The Chief Minister expressed his intent to visit the Chilkur Balaji Temple soon and told Rangarajan to reach out for any assistance.
