Rahul to engage in Telangana bus journey starting October 18

On October 15, in Hyderabad: Rahul Gandhi, a prominent leader of the Congress party, is set to embark on a bus journey in Telangana for a duration of three days starting October 18, as part of the party's campaign leading up to the assembly elections next month.

During this journey, he will traverse a total distance of approximately 190 km, encompassing five assembly constituencies across Mulugu, Warangal, Karimnagar, and Nizamabad districts.

State Congress chief, Revanth Reddy, announced that Rahul Gandhi will engage with the public through meetings, padyatra (foot marches), and dialogues with various segments of the population.

On the evening of October 18, he will visit the Ramappa temple in the Mulugu constituency and subsequently hold a public meeting in Mulugu town, formally commencing the bus yatra.

The Congress MP will initiate the bus yatra from Mulugu town to Bhupalapally, covering a distance of 35 km, and later participate in a padyatra in Bhupalpally, engaging with unemployed youth to understand their concerns. The following day, Rahul Gandhi will visit the Ramagundam constituency, where he will interact with leaders of workers' unions from Singareni, NTPC, RFCL, and contract workers.

Continuing the journey, he will participate in the bus yatra from Ramagundam to Peddapalli, covering a distance of 30 km, and address a public meeting, engaging with the Rice Millers Association and farmers. Subsequently, Rahul Gandhi will travel by bus from Peddapalli to Karimnagar, spanning 35 km, and participate in a padyatra in Karimnagar for one hour in the evening.

On October 20, Rahul Gandhi's itinerary includes Bodhan, Armur, and Nizamabad district. In the Bodhan constituency, he will interact with 'beedi' rollers and families of Gulf migrant workers.

He will also visit the Nizam Sugar Factory. Following this, he will embark on a bus yatra from Bodhan to Armur, covering 50 km. In Armur, he will address a public meeting and engage with turmeric and sugarcane farmers.

The journey will then progress with a bus yatra from Armur to Nizamabad, covering 25 km, and culminate in a padyatra in Nizamabad during the evening, marking the conclusion of the three-day visit.
