H-1B visa holders receive warnings from tech companies, leading many Indian immigrants to cancel their travel plans to India.

In response to this situation, major tech companies like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon have issued warnings to their H-1B employees, advising them not to leave the U.S. Companies fear that re-entry into the country may not be easy.

According to a report by the Washington Post, many H-1B holders have canceled their travel plans to India due to these concerns. Indian immigrants in the U.S. state that there is growing sentiment against foreign workers, with a belief that anyone who is not a U.S. citizen is an illegal immigrant.

To avoid any issues, many H-1B workers now carry all necessary documents while traveling within the U.S. The Indian Embassy has also issued advisories urging Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to stay informed and take necessary precautions.
