Mumbai, March 20: Rashmika Mandanna recently shared that her Thama director, Aditya Sarpotdar, knows how to make her happy with his "wise words."
Currently shooting for Thama, Rashmika posted a picture from a night shoot on her Instagram stories. In the picture, the director, Aditya A. Sarpotdar, is sitting on a plastic chair, watching the shoot on a screen.
She wrote, “My director… Making me shoot night shoots every time… Ice bucket… Story of my life.” The picture includes an “ice bucket,” and Rashmika jokingly referred to it as the “story of my life,” implying she frequently works late into the night.
Aditya then reshared her post with the comment, "Where mortals fear the night, the vampires find their power,” a playful reference to their film and the night shoots.
Rashmika responded, saying, “Wise words. Knows exactly how to make a Thama (vampire) happy!” referencing her character in the movie.
Thama is about a historian who explores ancient texts and uncovers chilling truths about local vampire legends as supernatural forces awaken, setting off a battle for the town's soul.
Earlier, Rashmika also posted a fun Instagram series called "No one can stop me from doing the things I love." In the video, she happily enjoys mango pudding, showing how much she loved it.
Rashmika is also awaiting the release of her upcoming film Sikandar, directed by A.R. Murugadoss, starring Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. It is set to release this Eid.
