On one side the sun is getting darker. On the other hand, exam dates are approaching. In this order, students are studying day and night to pass. Meanwhile, it is known that the education department has already unofficially announced that one-day classes will start in AP from April 4. It seems that there is a possibility to conduct one-on-one classes from 7.30 am to 12 noon. It is informed that the classes will be held from noon to 5 pm in the exam centers (schools) where the tenth class exams will be conducted.

And the tenth class exams will be held from April 3rd to 18th. Summer vacation will be given to the tenth class students immediately after the exams. Also, exams for classes 1 to 9 will be conducted from April 27. After that there will be declaration of results and parents meetings in two days. Education department sources say that they have the opportunity to declare summer vacations from April 30 to June 11. On the other hand, April 5 (Babu Jagajjeevan Ram birth anniversary), April 7 (Good Friday), April 14 (Dr. BR Ambedkar birth anniversary), April 22 (Bakreed) are holidays for government and private schools.

ఒకవైపు ఎండలు ముదురుతున్నాయి. మరోవైపు పరీక్షల తేదీలు దగ్గర పడుతున్నాయి. ఈ క్రమంలోనే విద్యార్ధులు పాస్ అయ్యేందుకు కష్టపడి రాత్రింబవళ్ళు చదువుతున్నారు. ఇదిలా ఉండగా.. ఇప్పటికే ఏపీలో ఒంటిపూట బడులు ఏప్రిల్ 4వ తేదీ నుంచి మొదలు కానున్నాయని విద్యాశాఖ అనధికారికంగా ప్రకటించిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఒంటిపూట బడులను ఉదయం 7.30 గంటల నుంచి మధ్యాహ్నం 12 గంటల వరకు నిర్వహించే అవకాశం ఉందని తెలుస్తోంది. అటు పదో తరగతి పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించే ఎగ్జామ్ సెంటర్ల(స్కూల్స్)లో మధ్యాహ్నం నుంచి సాయంత్రం 5 గంటల వరకు క్లాసులు నిర్వహిస్తారని సమాచారం.

అటు టెన్త్ క్లాస్ పరీక్షలు ఏప్రిల్ 3 నుంచి 18వ తేదీ వరకు జరగనున్నాయి. పదో తరగతి విద్యార్ధులకు పరీక్షలు పూర్తయిన వెంటనే వేసవి సెలవులు ఇవ్వనున్నారు. అలాగే 1 నుంచి 9 తరగతులకు ఏప్రిల్ 27 వరకు పరీక్షలను నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఆ తర్వాత రెండు రోజుల్లో ఫలితాల ప్రకటన, పేరెంట్స్ మీటింగ్స్ ఉంటాయి. ఇక వారికి ఏప్రిల్ 30 నుంచి జూన్ 11 వరకు వేసవి సెలవులు సెలవులు ప్రకటించే అవకాశముందని విద్యాశాఖ వర్గాలు చెబుతున్నాయి. మరోవైపు ఏప్రిల్ 5(బాబు జగజ్జీవన్‌రామ్‌ జయంతి), ఏప్రిల్ 7(గుడ్ ఫ్రైడే), ఏప్రిల్ 14(డాక్టర్‌ బీఆర్‌ అంబేడ్కర్‌ జయంతి), ఏప్రిల్ 22(బక్రీద్) ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేటు స్కూల్స్‌కు సెలవులు.
