While a kilo of tomato used to cost Rs.20 on normal days, now the price of a kilo of tomato has reached Rs.40. The price of okra, turmeric and legume is Rs.40 to Rs.60 per kg, kakarakaya is from Rs.30 to Rs.50, capsicum is from Rs.30 to Rs.40, cabbage is from Rs.20 to Rs.40 and beans are from Rs.50 It has increased from Rs.70. The price of a kilo of gourd has increased from Rs.30 to Rs.60 and the price of a kilo of brinjal has increased from Rs.30 to Rs.50. The price of green chili has increased from Rs.60 to Rs.80. And Birakaya and legume are speaking per kilo century. The increased prices have become a problem for the common man.

గత ఐదు రోజులుగా తెలంగాణ వ్యాప్తంగా వర్షాలు దంచికొడుతున్నాయి. ఎడతెరిపి లేకుండా కురుస్తున్న వర్షాల కారణంగా వాగులు, వంకలు, చెరువులు పొంగిపొర్లుతున్నాయి. భారీ వర్షాలు, వరదలతో ఇళ్ల నుంచి కాలు బయటపెట్టలేని పరిస్థితి నెలకొంది. దీంతో ఆఫీసులకు, కూలీ పనులకు వెళ్లేవారు, చిరు వ్యాపారులు ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నారు. ఈ ఇబ్బందులకు తోడు కూరగాయల ధరలు సామాన్యులకు చుక్కలు చూపిస్తున్నాయి. అమాంతం పెరిగిన కూరగాయ ధరలతో జనం ఇబ్బందిపడుతున్నారు. భారీ వర్షాల కారణంగా హైదరాబాద్ హోల్ సేల్ మార్కెట్‌కు వచ్చే దిగుమతులు తగ్గిపోయాయి. సప్లై తగ్గిపోవడంతో కూరగాయల ధర భారీగా పెరిగాయి.
సాధారణ రోజుల్లో కిలో టమాటా రూ.20 ఉండగా, ప్రస్తుతం కిలో టమాటా ధర రూ.40కి చేరింది. బెండకాయ, గోరుచిక్కుడు, చిక్కుడు కిలో ధర రూ.40 నుంచి రూ.60కి, కాకరకాయ ధర రూ.30 నుంచి రూ.50కి, క్యాప్సికం ధర రూ.30 నుంచి రూ.40కి, క్యాబేజీ ధర రూ.20 నుంచి రూ.40కి, బీన్స్ ధర రూ.50 నుంచి రూ.70కి పెరిగింది. కిలో దొండకాయ రూ.30 నుంచి రూ.60కి, కిలో వంకాయ ధర రూ.30 నుంచి రూ.50కి పెరిగింది. పచ్చి మిర్చి ధర ఏకంగా రూ.60 నుంచి రూ.80కి పెరిగింది. ఇక బీరకాయ, చిక్కుడు కిలో సెంచరీ పలుకుతున్నాయి. పెరిగిన ధరలు సామాన్యులకు ఇబ్బందిగా మారాయి.
