Delhi Liquor Scam Deputy CM Manish Sisodia has faced a severe setback in the court. The Rouse Avenue court dismissed Sisodia's bail plea and sent him to CBI custody for five days. Sisodia will remain in CBI custody till March 4. The CBI told the court that Sisodia had skipped the answers to the questions asked by them and that there is a need to interrogate him further.
The judge agreed with the arguments of the CBI and remanded him. There were heated arguments in the court on Sisodia's remand. Sisodia's counsel argued that the CBI had already searched his house several times and seized electronic items. What is the need to investigate Sisodia further? The trial court took a decision handing it over to CBI custody.

ఢిల్లీ లిక్కర్‌ స్కాంలో డిప్యూటీ సీఎం మనీష్‌సిసోడియాకు కోర్టులో గట్టి ఎదురుదెబ్బ తగిలింది. సిసోడియా బెయిల్‌ పిటిషన్‌ను పక్కన పెట్టిన రౌస్‌ అవెన్యూ కోర్టు ఆయనకు ఐదు రోజుల సీబీఐ కస్టడీకి అప్పగించింది. మార్చి 4వ తేదీ వరకు సిసోడియా సీబీఐ కస్టడీలో ఉండనున్నారు. తాము అడిగిన ప్రశ్నలకు సిసోడియా జవాబులు దాట వేశారని , ఆయన్ను మరింత విచారించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని సీబీఐ కోర్టుకు తెలిపింది. సీబీఐ వాదనలతో ఏకీభవించిన న్యాయమూర్తి ఆయనకు రిమాండ్‌ విధించారు. సిసోడియా రిమాండ్‌పై కోర్టులో వాడివేడి వాదనలు జరిగాయి.
సీబీఐ ఇప్పటికే ఆయన ఇంట్లో పలుమార్లు తనిఖీలు చేసిందని, ఎలక్ట్రానిక్‌ వస్తువులను స్వాధీనం చేసుకుందని సిసోడియా తరపు న్యాయవాది వాదనలు విన్పించారు. సిసోడియాను ఇంకా విచారించాల్సిన అవసరం ఏముందని ప్రశ్నించారు. విచారించిన కోర్టు సీబీఐ కస్టడీకి అప్పగిస్తూ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది.
