The Andhra Pradesh Government Tribal Welfare Gurukula Vidyalayas Corporation has released a notification for admissions in class 6 for the academic year 2023-24 in about 28 Ekalavya model gurukula. Also, admissions will be provided in the remaining seats in classes 7, 8, and 9. Students are selected through an entrance test.

 Students seeking admission in class 6 must have passed classes 6, 7, 8 respectively for admission in classes 5, 7, 8, and 9 in the academic year 2023-23. As on March 31, 2023, the age of the students should be between 10 to 13 years for 8th class, 11 to 14 years for 7th class, 12 to 15 years for 8th class and 13 to 16 years for 9th class. Also the annual income of students should not exceed Rs.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ప్రభుత్వ గిరిజన సంక్షేమ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాల సంస్థ పరిధిలోని దాదాపు 28 ఏకలవ్య మోడల్‌ గురుకులాల్లో 2023-24 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించి 6వ తరగతిలో ప్రవేశాలకు నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదల చేసింది. అలాగే 7,8,9 తరగతుల్లో మిగిలిపోయిన సీట్లలో ప్రవేశాలు కూడా కల్పిస్తారు.

 ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష ద్వారా విద్యార్ధులను ఎంపిక చేస్తారు. ఆరో తరగతిలో ప్రవేశాలు పొందగోరే విద్యార్ధులు 2023-23 విద్యాసంవత్సరంలో ఐదో తరగతి, 7,8,9 తరగతుల్లో ప్రవేశాలకు వరుసగా 6,7,8 తరగతుల్లో ఉత్తీర్ణత పొంది ఉండాలి. విద్యార్ధుల వయసు మార్చి 31, 2023 నాటికి అరో తరగతికి 10 నుంచి 13 ఏళ్లు, ఏడో తరగతికి 11 నుంచి 14 ఏళ్లు, 8వ తరగతికి 12 నుంచి 15 ఏళ్లు, 9వ తరగతికి 13 నుంచి16 ఏళ్ల మధ్య వయసు ఉండాలి. అలాగే విద్యార్ధుల వార్షిక ఆదాయం రూ.లక్షకు మించకుండా ఉండాలి.
