In AP, the YCP government is soon going to launch a new program called "Jagananku Chebudam". The government is preparing for this program as a continuation of the Spandana program which is already running in the state.
In the state, the response program is currently being conducted every Monday from the field level to the state level. As a part of this, there are some obstacles in solving some of the complaints from the people. CM Jagan ordered the officials to overcome these and work on the Let's Tell Jaganan program .
CM Jagan conducted a review on the preparations of the program Jagananku Chebudam at the camp office. Every officer also wants to track the petition until it is resolved. The applications received should be audited every week and a report should be taken. Is there tracking and monitoring? Or? It should be reviewed every week.
The existing call centers for receiving applications and complaints in government departments should be connected. CM Jagan has directed that Mandal and Municipal level coordination committee consisting of Police, Revenue, Panchayat Raj and Municipal officials should meet every week and focus on resolving the petitions.

ఏపీలో వైసీపీ సర్కార్ త్వరలో “జగనన్నకు చెబుదాం” పేరుతో కొత్త కార్యక్రమం చేపట్టబోతోంది. రాష్ట్రంలో ఇప్పటికే అమలవుతున్న స్పందన కార్యక్రమానికి కొనసాగింపుగా ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ప్రభుత్వం సిద్ధమవుతుంది. రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రస్తుతం స్పందన కార్యక్రమాన్ని ప్రతీ సోమవారం క్షేత్రస్థాయి నుంచి రాష్ట్ర స్ధాయి వరకూ నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు.
ఇందులో భాగంగా జనం నుంచి వచ్చే ఫిర్యాదుల్లో కొన్నింటిని పరిష్కరించడంలో కొన్ని అడ్డంకులు వస్తున్నాయి. వీటిని అధిగమిస్తూ జగనన్నకు చెబుదాం కార్యక్రమంలో పనిచేయాలంటూ అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు సీఎం జగన్.
జగనన్నకు చెబుదాం కార్యక్రమం సన్నాహకాలపై క్యాంపు కార్యాలయంలో సీఎం జగన్ సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. ప్రతి అధికారి కూడా.. వినతి పరిష్కారమయ్యే వరకు ట్రాక్ చేయాలన్నారు. అందిన అర్జీలపై ప్రతి వారం కూడా ఆడిట్‌ చేసి నివేదిక తీసుకోవాలన్నారు.
ట్రాకింగ్, పర్యవేక్షణ జరుగుతుందా? లేదా? అన్నదానిపై ప్రతివారం సమీక్ష చేయాలన్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ విభాగాల్లో అర్జీలు, ఫిర్యాదుల స్వీకరణకు ఇప్పటికే ఉన్న కాల్‌ సెంటర్లను అనుసంధానం చేయాలనీ.. వాటి పరిష్కారం కోసం ఇప్పటివరకూ ఉన్న పద్ధతులను మరోసారి పరిశీలించి, తిరిగి పునర్నిర్మాణం చేయాలన్నారు. పోలీసులు, రెవిన్యూ, పంచాయతీరాజ్, మున్సిపల్‌ అధికారులతో కూడిన మండల, మున్సిపల్‌ స్థాయి సమన్వయ కమిటీ ప్రతివారం సమావేశమై అర్జీల పరిష్కారంపై దృష్టిపెట్టాలని ఆదేశించారు సీఎం జగన్.
