Telangana Engineering and Medical Common Entrance Test (MSET-2023) notification will be released this week. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) is planning to start the online application process in the first week of March after the release of the notification. And like the last three years, the officials expect to remove 25 percent weightage for intermediate marks this year too.
For this purpose, the government will soon issue a notification. It seems that it will be stated in the notification that if the JVO is not received by the time of issuance, then the decision on the weightage will be based on the JVO issued by the government. 70% of the questions will come from the syllabus of the inter first year in the exam. It is known that MSET entrance exams are conducted every year for admission to B.Tech, B.Pharmacy and other courses in many engineering colleges across the state.

తెలంగాణ ఇంజనీరింగ్‌ అండ్‌ మెడికల్‌ కామన్‌ ఎంట్రన్స్‌ టెస్ట్‌ (ఎంసెట్‌-2023) నోటిఫికేషన్‌ ఈ వారంలో విడుదల కానుంది. నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదలైన తర్వాత మార్చి మొదటి వారంలో ఆన్‌లైన్‌ దరఖాస్తు స్వీకరణ ప్రక్రియ మొదలయ్యేలా తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ఉన్నత విద్యామండలి (TSCHE) ప్రణాళిక రూపొందిస్తోంది. ఇక గడచిన మూడేళ్ల మాదిరిగానే ఈ ఏడాది కూడా ఇంటర్‌ మార్కులకు 25 శాతం వెయిటేజీని తొలగించాలని అధికారులు భావిస్తున్నారు.
ఇందుకోసం ప్రభుత్వం త్వరలోనే జీవో జారీ చేయనుంది. నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీ నాటికి జీవో రాకుంటే తర్వాత సర్కారు జారీ చేసే జీవోను అనుసరించి వెయిటేజీపై నిర్ణయం ఉంటుందని అందులో పేర్కొననున్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. ఇంటర్‌ ప్రథమ సంవత్సరంలో 70 శాతం సిలబస్‌ నుంచే ఎంసెట్‌లో ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి. కాగా రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న పలు ఇంజనీరింగ్‌ కాలేజీల్లో బీటెక్‌, బీఫార్మసీ తదితర కోర్సుల్లో ప్రవేశాలకు ప్రతీ యేట ఎంసెట్‌ ప్రవేశ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహిస్తున్న సంగతి తెలిసిందే.
