Legal Setback for Posani Krishna Murali

Actor Posani Krishna Murali has been remanded to 14 days in judicial custody by the Guntur court in connection with his alleged defamatory statements against Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan and Minister Nara Lokesh.

Emotional Plea Rejected by Court

Despite breaking down in court and pleading that his health was deteriorating, the judge rejected his appeal for relief. Posani also expressed emotional distress, stating he had no option but to consider suicide if bail was denied.

PT Warrant Halts His Release

Although he had secured bail in previous cases, his release from Kurnool jail was blocked after the Guntur CID filed a Prisoner Transit (PT) warrant. He has now been transferred to Guntur district jail following the court’s ruling.
