Celebrating the 22nd anniversary of their mega project, Indra, featuring Megastar Chiranjeevi, the esteemed production house has unveiled thrilling news for Chiranjeevi’s fans.
Responding to fervent requests from Mega fans two years ago for a re-release of the beloved Indra amidst the trend of re-releasing classic hits, Vyjayanthi Movies has announced with great enthusiasm: “Dear Megastar Fans, Not only u.. we are also.. We will be releasing 4K Print of Indra, but not right now, it takes some time but the release will be in a BIG & GRAND Manner.”
The wait is finally over – Indra is scheduled for a grand re-release on August 22, 2024, a date cherished by Chiranjeevi’s devoted fans as it coincides with their idol’s birthday. The 4K version will be accompanied by extensive festivities.
Directed by B. Gopal, Indra stars Sonali Bendre and the late Aarthi Agarwal as the female leads. The action-packed drama features an outstanding soundtrack by Mani Sharma and a compelling screenplay by the Paruchuri brothers.
