TSRTC April Challenge for Training (TACT) for conductors at depots across Telangana started on Friday. MD VC Sajjanar, IPS of the organization observed the training being conducted virtually from Hyderabad Bus Bhavan. Conductors who participated in the training were also impressed. They were asked about the manner in which the training was being conducted, the use of the topics being taught in the training, and other aspects.

On this occasion, Sajjanar said.. 'We should work as a passenger center. Do not misbehave with passengers under any circumstances. When you get into the bus, greet them with a smile. New travelers should be treated with respect towards our company. Duties should be performed keeping in mind that there are many alternatives for passengers. It is advised to have self-discipline in the performance of duties. Sajjanar, who recently gave tact training to around 6,000 drivers in Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad and Secunderabad regions, said that in the next three months, all the staff of the organization will be trained.

The conductors told MD Sajjanar that the training being given to them in the name of TACT is very useful. It is explained that this training is useful to bring out the skill in them. They said that they will not forget that the company depends on the passengers. He promised to work hard to increase the OR to 75.

తెలంగాణ వ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న డిపోల్లో కండక్టర్లకు టీఎస్‌ఆర్టీసీ ఏప్రిల్‌ ఛాలెంజ్‌ ఫర్‌ ట్రైనింగ్‌(టాక్ట్‌) శుక్రవారం ప్రారంభమైంది. హైదరాబాద్‌ బస్‌ భవన్‌ నుంచి వర్చ్‌వల్‌గా ఈ శిక్షణ జరుగుతున్న తీరును సంస్థ ఎండీ వీసీ సజ్జనర్‌, ఐపీఎస్‌ పరిశీలించారు.  శిక్షణలో పాల్గొన్న కండక్టర్లతో ముచ్చటించారు. శిక్షణ జరుగుతున్న తీరు, శిక్షణలో చెబుతున్న విషయాల ఉపయోగం, తదితర అంశాలపై వారిని అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా సజ్జనర్‌ మాట్లాడుతూ.. ‘మనం ప్రయాణికుల కేంద్రంగానే పనిచేయాలి. ప్రయాణికులతో ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ దురుసుగా ప్రవర్తించొద్దు. బస్సులోకి రాగానే వారిని నమస్తే అంటూ చిరునవ్వుతో పలకరించాలి. కొత్త ప్రయాణికులను మన సంస్థ వైపు మెగ్గుచూపేలా వ్యవహారించాలి. ప్రయాణికులకు ప్రత్యామ్నాయాలు చాలా ఉన్నాయనే విషయాన్ని దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని విధులు నిర్వహించాలి. విధి నిర్వహణలో స్వీయ క్రమశిక్షణను కలిగి ఉండాల’ని సూచించారు. ఇటీవల రంగారెడ్డి, హైదరాబాద్‌, సికింద్రాబాద్‌ రీజియన్లలోని దాదాపు 6 వేల మంది డ్రైవర్లకు టాక్ట్‌ శిక్షణను ఇచ్చామన్న సజ్జనార్‌.. రాబోయే మూడు నెలల్లో సంస్థలోని సిబ్బంది అందరికీ శిక్షణ ఇస్తామని తెలిపారు.

టాక్ట్‌ పేరుతో త‌మ‌కు అందిస్తోన్న ఈ శిక్షణ ఎంతో ఉపయుక్తంగా ఉంద‌ని కండక్టర్లు సంస్థ ఎండీ సజ్జనర్‌కు చెప్పారు. తమలో ఉన్న నైపుణ్యాన్ని బయటికి తీసుకురావడానికి ఈ శిక్షణ ఉపయోగపడుతుందని వివరించారు. ప్రయాణికుల మీదనే సంస్థ ఆధారపడి ఉందనే విషయాన్ని తాము మరిచిపోమన్నారు. ఓఆర్‌ను 75కి పెంచేందుకు కృషి చేస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చారు.
