Heavy rain is falling in many parts of Hyderabad city. The rain which started with drizzle in the morning became moderate and then became heavy. Jubilee Hills, Moosapet, KPHB, Yusuf Guda, Essar Nagar, Ameer Pate and other places will receive rain. The city dwellers are facing severe problems due to the rain that started early in the morning. Those going to the office walked in the rain. Traffic was disrupted due to standing water on the roads. On the other hand, the officials of Amaravati Meteorological Center revealed that the surface trough is continuing to affect the Telugu states. As a result, heavy rain is expected in Kosta and Yanam areas. Thunder and lightning are also likely to occur at some places. It is said that in the next two days, there will be rain in many places in the North Coast and in some places in the South Coast and Rayalaseema.
In the wake of heavy rains in Telangana, officials have announced yellow alert for some districts. Officials have predicted heavy rains in many parts of Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalapalli, Adilabad, Kumrambhim Asifabad, Manchiryala, Nirmal, Rajanna Sirisilla, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Jagityala, Mulugu, Warangal and Hanmakonda districts.

హైదరాబాద్ నగరంలోని పలు ప్రాంతాల్లో భారీ వర్షం కురుస్తోంది. ఉదయం చినుకులతో ప్రారంభమైన వాన మోస్తరుగా తర్వాత భారీగా మారింది. జూబ్లీహిల్స్, మూసాపేట్, కేపీహెచ్బీ, యూసుఫ్ గూడ, ఎస్సార్ నగర్, అమీర్ పేట్ తదితర ప్రాంతాల్లో వాన పడుతుంది. తెల్లవారుజామునే ప్రారంభమైన వానతో నగరవాసులు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నారు. ఆఫీస్ కు వెళ్లేవారు వానలోనే తడుస్తూ పయనమయ్యారు. రోడ్లపై నీరు నిలిచిపోవడంతో ట్రాఫిక్ కు అంతరాయం ఏర్పడింది. మరోవైపు.. తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాలపై ఉపరితల ద్రోణి ప్రభావం కొనసాగుతోందని అమరావతి వాతావరణ కేంద్రం అధికారులు వెల్లడించారు. ఫలితంగా కోస్తా, యానాం ప్రాంతాల్లో భారీ వర్షం కురుస్తుందని అంచానా వేశారు. కొన్ని చోట్ల ఉరుములు, మెరుపులు కూడా వచ్చే అవకాశం ఉందన్నారు. రానున్న రెండు రోజుల్లో ఉత్తర కోస్తాలో చాలా చోట్ల, దక్షిణ కోస్తా, రాయలసీమల్లో కొన్నిచోట్ల వర్షాలు కురుస్తాయని పేర్కొన్నారు.
తెలంగాణలో భారీ వర్షాలు కురిసే అవకాశం ఉన్న నేపథ్యంలో అధికారులు కొన్ని జిల్లాలకు ఎల్లో అలర్ట్ ప్రకటించారు. పెద్దపల్లి, జయశంకర్ భూపాలపల్లి, ఆదిలాబాద్, కుమ్రంభీం ఆసిఫాబాద్, మంచిర్యాల, నిర్మల్, రాజన్న సిరిసిల్ల, కరీంనగర్, నిజామాబాద్, జగిత్యాల, ములుగు, వరంగల్, హన్మకొండ జిల్లాల్లోని చాలా ప్రాంతాల్లో భారీ వర్షాలు కురవవచ్చని అధికారులు అంచనా వేశారు.
