The National Center for Seismology confirmed the occurrence, stating that the earthquake took place at 5:09 AM on Monday, with the epicenter located approximately 5 kilometers below the Earth's surface. The seismic activity was also noted in the neighboring states of Telangana and Karnataka.
Experts from the National Center for Seismology revealed that the epicenter in the Hingoli district is about 255 kilometers from Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, and 265 kilometers from Nagpur. Fortunately, there have been no reports of loss of life or property damage due to the earthquake
