Andhra Pradesh Government Reshuffles IAS Officers

The Andhra Pradesh government has implemented a significant reshuffling of IAS officers across various departments:

G. Sai Prasad, Special Chief Secretary (Water Resources), is re-designated as Special Chief Secretary (Water Resources) and Ex-Officio Special Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister.
Ajay Jain, Special Chief Secretary (Housing), takes full additional charge as Special Chief Secretary (Tourism & Culture).
Budithi Rajasekhar, Ex-Officio Special Chief Secretary (Agriculture, Sericulture, Cooperation, and Marketing), assumes full additional charge as Special Chief Secretary (Animal Husbandry & Dairy Development).
K. Sunitha, Principal Secretary (Handlooms & Textiles), is transferred as Principal Secretary (Public Enterprises), while N. Yuvaraj assumes full additional charge of her former role.
G. Vani Mohan, Principal Secretary (General Administration-GPM&AR), takes full additional charge as Commissioner of Archaeology & Museums.
Peeyush Kumar, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, is transferred as Principal Secretary (Finance) with additional responsibility for Planning.
Mukesh Kumar Meena, Principal Secretary (Revenue-Excise), is reassigned as Principal Secretary (General Administration-Political) and given additional charge of General Administration (Services).
S. Suresh Kumar, Principal Secretary (Infrastructure & Investments), is transferred as Principal Secretary (Municipal Administration & Urban Development).
Saurabh Gaur, returning from leave, is appointed Commissioner of Civil Supplies.
Kona Sasidhar, Secretary (School Education), takes additional responsibility for Higher Education, Department of Skill Development.
Bhaskar Katamneni, Commissioner of CRDA, is reassigned as Secretary (ITC&E) with additional charges, including RTGS and Grama/Ward Sachivalayams.
V. Karuna, Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, is appointed CEO of the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP).
M.M. Nayak, Secretary (Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development), is transferred as Secretary (Social Welfare) with an additional charge of Tribal Welfare.
Pravin Kumar, Commissioner and Director of Mines & Geology, becomes Secretary (Industries & Commerce - Mining).
K. Kanna Babu, Secretary (Social Welfare), is now the Commissioner of CRDA.
M.V. Seshagiri Babu, Inspector General (Registration & Stamps), is assigned as Labour Commissioner.
S. Satyanarayana, Commissioner of Endowments, is now Secretary (BC Welfare) with an additional charge of EWS Welfare.
Vadarevu Vinay Chand, Secretary (Tourism and Culture), is transferred as Secretary Revenue (Endowments).
G. Veerapandian, CEO of SERP, is reassigned as Commissioner (Health & Family Welfare).
Hari Narayanan, Director of Municipal Administration, takes over as Inspector General (Registration & Stamps).
P.S. Girisha, previously with the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh, is appointed VC&MD of AP State Medical Services and Infrastructure Development Corporation.
P. Ravi Subash, CMD of APCPDCL, is transferred as CEO of NTR Vaidya Seva Trust.
P. Sampath Kumar, Commissioner of GVMC, is reassigned as Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration.
V. Abishek, Project Officer, ITDA, Paderu, is now Administrator of the Polavaram Project (Land Acquisition & Relief and Rehabilitation).
