అయితే ఉద్యోగ నిర్వహణలో భాగంగా కొత్త టూల్స్ వస్తుండటంతో వినోద్ వాటిపై పట్టు సాధించలేకపోయాడు. ఈ విషయంపై తన సోదరుడితో కూడా తరచూ చర్చించేవాడు. తాను చేసే ఉద్యోగంలో పని ఒత్తడి, ఉద్యోగ భద్రత కూడా లేదని భావించిన వినోద్ గురువారం సోదరుడు అతని భార్య బయటకు వెళ్లటంతో ఇంట్లో ఉరివేసుకున్నాడు. ఈ తర్వాత ఇంటికి వచ్చిన సోదరుడు వినోద్ ను ఆసుపత్రికి తరలించినా అప్పటికే చనిపోయినట్లు వైద్యులు తెలిపారు. పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేసుకొని దర్యాప్తు చేస్తున్నారు. వినోద్ కు భార్య, మూడేళ్ల కుమార్తె ఉన్నారు.
