The number of metro rail passengers has crossed 5 lakhs. 5 lakh 10 thousand people traveled in metro on Monday.
Hyderabad Metro Rail reached a historic milestone on Monday (July 3, 2023) with 5.10 lakh passengers. Metro management said that this record number indicates the confidence and acceptance of commuters towards the convenient and most comfortable mode of travel in Hyderabad.
KVB Reddy, MD & CEO, L&TMRHL thanked HMR passengers for achieving this milestone. They said that Covid-19 had a negative impact on their business. But, they said that they have been able to witness this success today due to the constant efforts and hard work of their staff.
