Now from Marathwada through South Tamil Nadu to Telangana and interior Karnataka is 0.9 km above the mean sea level. Meteorological department officials said that it is continuing to rise. Andhra Pradesh and Yanam are also told that winds are blowing in the south/southwest direction in the lower troposphere.

ఏపీ ప్రజలకు ముఖ్య అలెర్ట్. రాష్ట్రాన్ని ఇంకా వానలు వీడలేదు. రాబోయే రెండు రోజుల్లో తేలికపాటి నుంచి మోస్తరు వర్షాలు.. అలాగే అక్కడక్కడా ఉరుములతో కూడిన జల్లులు పడతాయని వాతావరణ శాఖ పేర్కొంది. మధ్య ఛత్తీస్‌గఢ్ నుంచి దక్షిణ తమిళనాడు వరకు ఏర్పడిన ద్రోణి.. ఇప్పుడు మరాతావాడ నుంచి దక్షిణ తమిళనాడు గుండా తెలంగాణ, అంతర్గత కర్ణాటక మీదుగా సగటు సముద్ర మట్టానికి 0.9 కి.మీ. ఎత్తులో కొనసాగుతోందని వాతావరణ శాఖ అధికారులు తెలిపారు. అలాగే ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, యానాంలలో దిగువ ట్రోపో ఆవరణములో దక్షిణ/ నైరుతి దిశలో గాలులు వీస్తున్నాయని చెప్పారు.

తేలికపాటి నుంచి ఒక మోస్తరు వర్షాలు లేదా ఉరుములతో కూడిన జల్లులు ఒకట్రెండు చోట్ల కురిసే అవకాశం ఉంది. ఉరుములతో కూడిన మెరుపులు ఒకటి లేదా రెండు చోట్ల సంభవించవచ్చు. అలాగే బలమైన గాలులు(గంటకు 30 -40 కి.మీ వేగంతో) వీచే అవకాశం ఉంది.
