On Saturday, a seven-member committee appointed by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) commenced its three-day inspection of the university. The Vice-Chancellor, P.V.G.D. Prasad Reddy, presented a four-year progress report in a PowerPoint presentation to the committee. Subsequently, the committee members toured various departments within the university.
