In a coordinated operation by the Telangana Anti Narcotics Bureau (TGANB) and Cyberabad police on Monday in Hyderabad, five individuals, including two foreign nationals, were arrested for possessing 199 grams of cocaine. The operation targeted an international drug syndicate.
The main suspect, Divine Ebuka Suzee, identified as the kingpin, and the drugs supplier Ezeonyili Franklin Uchenna, remain at large. Police have announced a reward of Rs 2 lakh for any information leading to their arrest.
Thirteen suspected cocaine consumers have been identified, including Aman Preet Singh, reportedly the brother of a prominent Tollywood actress. Rajendranagar DCP Ch Srinivasa Rao confirmed that five of them tested positive for cocaine through urine tests and have been taken into custody for further legal action.
This operation is part of TGANB’s ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking. Acting on credible intelligence, police raided an apartment in Hydershakote, resulting in the arrests.

Further investigations revealed that Onuoha Blessing, previously arrested in a 2019 NDPS case, frequently travelled to Hyderabad from Nigeria via Delhi to distribute drugs. Using a false identity and a passport from the Republic of Guinea-Bissau under the name “Joana Gomes,” Blessing made over 20 trips to Hyderabad.
Another Nigerian national, Azeez Noheem Adeshola, who arrived in India on a student visa in 2014 and was later convicted in a cheating case, resorted to drug peddling post-bail. Allam Satya Venkata Gowtham allegedly received Rs 13.24 lakh through various money transfer channels, indicating his involvement in distributing approximately 2.6 kg of cocaine over the past seven months.
