The High Court has issued a significant order regarding the YCPs unauthorized offices

The YSR Congress Party faced a significant setback when the Andhra Pradesh government initiated stringent actions against their party offices. It began with the demolition of an under-construction YCP office in Tadepalli, followed by notices issued for illegal under-construction offices across the state.
In response to these actions, the Andhra Pradesh High Court has delivered a crucial verdict. Today, the court ruled on the legality of constructions commissioned by the former YCP government for their party offices. The court emphasized that the AP government must strictly adhere to established regulations when dealing with the demolition of YCP offices. As part of its decision, the court has given the YSR Congress a two-month deadline to furnish all necessary permissions, land records, and legal clearances for their party offices.
Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within this timeframe may lead to government-imposed restrictions.
Furthermore, the court instructed the AP government to refrain from aggressive demolition unless these buildings pose a genuine threat to public safety. This directive provides some respite to the YCP amid the ongoing legal proceedings.
