The Telangana state government has issued important guidelines due to rising summer temperatures, focusing on student health. It has directed all government and private schools to follow a half-day schedule starting from March 15. Official orders have been sent to school management and principals to ensure implementation.
According to the directive, schools across the state will function from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Additionally, summer holidays will begin from April 20. Schools serving as examination centers for Class 10 board exams have been instructed to hold afternoon sessions if required. The government has asked both government and private school authorities to make necessary arrangements accordingly.
