Social Welfare Minister Assuages Concerns of Volunteers in Andhra Pradesh

VIJAYAWADA: Social Welfare Minister Dola Sri Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy has dispelled rumors that the coalition government plans to abolish the volunteer system. In a press release on Monday, he reassured volunteers that the government remains committed to the promises made in its manifesto.
Swamy urged volunteers to disregard fears fueled by false propaganda from vested interests and emphasized that any actions undermining the government's credibility would be addressed. He criticized the previous YSRC administration for using the volunteer system for political purposes and for failing to renew contracts in the last year.
He also highlighted that, unlike the YSRC's actions during the general elections, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu had assured the volunteers of continued support.
