JAGTIAL: A tragedy unfolded at Peddapur Gurkul Residential School early Friday morning when a sixth-grade student, Anirudh, from Yllareddypet in Rajanna-Sircilla district, passed away unexpectedly. Anirudh, who complained of severe stomach pain around 3 am, died before he could be taken to Jagtial Government Hospital.
The cause of Anirudh's sudden death is still under investigation. This incident follows the recent death of another student at the same school under similar circumstances. On the same morning, two other sixth-grade students fell ill. Mokshith from Atmakur in Metpally mandal was taken to Nizamabad Government Hospital, while Hemant Yadav from Tatipally village in Malyala Mandal is being treated at Metpally Government Hospital. Hospital Superintendent Md Sajid has confirmed these details.
