Pawan Kalyan Donates ₹50 Lakh to NTR Trust for Thalassemia Patients

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan attended a grand musical night organized by NTR Trust in Vijayawada. During the event, he announced a generous donation of ₹50 lakh to support thalassemia patients through the trust.

Pawan Kalyan shared that he initially wanted to buy a ticket for the event. However, Nara Bhuvaneshwari, wife of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, assured him that his presence was enough. Feeling grateful, he decided to donate ₹50 lakh to help patients in need.

Pawan Kalyan also praised CM Chandrababu Naidu’s office for its quick response to people's issues. He said that whenever he forwards requests for help, the Chief Minister's team acts promptly.

Musical Night and Balakrishna’s Impact

The event featured music director Thaman, whom Pawan Kalyan congratulated for an amazing show. He also spoke about Nandamuri Balakrishna, calling him a unique personality who stands firm on his beliefs. He mentioned that he instinctively calls Balakrishna “Sir,” but Balakrishna prefers being called “Balayya.”

Pawan Kalyan further applauded Balakrishna’s contributions to cinema and public service, saying that his dedication earned him the Padma Bhushan award from the Central Government.
