Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has proposed to hold a meeting with his Telangana counterpart A. Revanth Reddy in Hyderabad on July 6 to address issues stemming from the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014. In a letter to Mr. Revanth Reddy, Mr. Naidu emphasized the importance of these issues for the progress and welfare of both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
He observed that ten years had elapsed since the State's bifurcation, stressing the imperative to resolve multiple issues amicably with utmost diligence and determination.
Additionally, Mr. Naidu acknowledged that as Chief Ministers, it was their responsibility to foster close cooperation for the continued advancement and prosperity of both Telugu-speaking States. He expressed confidence that a face-to-face meeting would facilitate a thorough discussion on crucial matters and enable effective collaboration to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
Mr. Naidu also extended his congratulations to Mr. Revanth Reddy for the remarkable progress achieved under his leadership, noting that his dedication and vision have significantly contributed to the development of Telangana.
