Mohan Babu, a relative and close associate of popular film star and AP Chief Minister Jagan, made sensational remarks. He said he was a BJP man and he was also one of the people who wanted the BJP to be in power at the Center. He was speaking to media in Tirupati.

He arrived in Tirupati in 2019 for a court hearing in a case of dharna with students of his Srividyaniketan educational institutions in Tirupati. The case was registered on charges of violating the election code. A case has been registered against Mohan Babu and his sons Vishnu and Manoj as well as Srividyaniketan AO Tulsinayudu and PRO Satish. Mohan Babu is scheduled to appear in court along with his sons Vishnu and Manoj for a while. Speaking on the occasion, he said that he was a real hero and if he fought for the students, he would be charged with illegal activities.

2019లో తిరుపతిలో తన శ్రీవిద్యానికేతన్ విద్యా సంస్థల విద్యార్థులతో కలిసి ధర్నా చేసిన కేసులో కోర్టు విచారణ కోసం ఆయన తిరుపతికి వచ్చారు. ఎన్నికల కోడ్ ను ఉల్లంఘించారనే ఆరోపణలతో కేసు నమోదయింది. మోహన్ బాబు కుమారులు విష్ణు, మనోజ్ లతో పాటు శ్రీవిద్యానికేతన్ ఏవో తులసినాయుడు, పీఆర్వో సతీష్ లపై కూడా కేసు నమోదయింది. కాసేపట్లో తన కుమారులు విష్ణు, మనోజ్ లతో కలిసి మోహన్ బాబు కోర్టుకు హాజరు కాబోతున్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ... తాను రియల్ హీరోనని, విద్యార్థుల కోసం పోరాడితే అక్రమ కేసులు పెట్టారని మండిపడ్డారు.
