Lokesh WhatsApp account was blocked because of an overwhelming surge in activity

Nara Lokesh has carved a successful political path largely due to his unwavering accessibility, not only to party members but also to the general public. Throughout his time in opposition, Lokesh nurtured robust relationships with grassroots cadre across all regions, diligently staying in touch despite his demanding schedule to address their grievances. During his election campaigns, Lokesh pledged to resolve people's issues once in power.
Even after his election as MLA in Mangalagiri and subsequent appointment as IT and HRD Minister, Lokesh continues to prioritize addressing public grievances promptly. His 'Praja Darbar' in Amaravati has garnered significant participation from all corners of the state, with hundreds meeting him daily seeking solutions to their problems.
Lokesh actively engages with public grievances received through WhatsApp messages. Well before assuming ministerial responsibilities, he provided his official contact number to followers for reporting government-related issues. Now inundated with thousands of daily messages, Lokesh efficiently delegates these matters to his team of officers.
Recently, due to an overwhelming influx of requests, Lokesh's WhatsApp account encountered technical issues and was temporarily blocked. He personally informed his followers of this development and advised them to channel their communications through email instead, directing them to reach him at hello.lokesh@ap.gov.in.
Lokesh highlighted that this email initiative was inspired by the positive response to his 'Hello Lokesh' Padayatra, where he traversed hundreds of kilometers across the state last year. He encouraged Andhra Pradesh residents to share their concerns via email, providing their name, mobile number, and address for streamlined assistance.
