The Telangana Government, aiming to accelerate the construction of one lakh houses under the JHMC scheme, has successfully completed the construction of double bedroom houses for 75,000 homes. Minister for Municipal Administration Tarak Rama Rao revealed this information. Around 4,500 houses have been allotted to beneficiaries in the in-situ city layout scheme.
About 70 double bedroom houses are now ready for distribution, with plans to provide 5 to 6 houses per colony within 5 to 6 months. The final phase of distributing the double bedroom houses will begin this month. Chief Minister KCR has issued orders to the HMDA authorities to complete the arrangements related to this.
In relation to the double bedroom house distribution, Minister KTR stated that the process is progressing smoothly. He also pointed out that there is no political agenda in identifying beneficiaries for these houses. The analysis of the power dynamics and situation within the local communities has been meticulously conducted. All beneficiaries of the double bedroom houses have been identified with proper verification.
The ministers emphasized that the program should continue with transparency and without any biases. They discussed the upcoming phases of the program during the meeting. The selection process for the Gruhalaxmi scheme beneficiaries and expediting the program further were also deliberated in the ministerial meeting.

సిటీ లేఅవుట్ పథకంలో సుమారు 4,500 ఇళ్లను లబ్ధిదారులకు కేటాయించారు. 5 నుంచి 6 నెలల్లో ఒక్కో కాలనీకి 5 నుంచి 6 ఇళ్లు అందించేలా ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించి ప్రస్తుతం దాదాపు 70 డబుల్ బెడ్‌రూం ఇళ్లు పంపిణీకి సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నాయి. డబుల్ బెడ్‌రూం ఇళ్ల పంపిణీ చివరి దశ ఈ నెలలో ప్రారంభం కానుంది. ఇందుకు సంబంధించిన ఏర్పాట్లను పూర్తి చేయాలని హెచ్‌ఎండీఏ అధికారులకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు.
