CM Naidu conducts housewarming ceremonies at his new official residence in Delhi

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu conducted housewarming rituals at his new official residence in Number 1 Janpath, New Delhi on Wednesday. During his visit to the national capital, he met Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday night to discuss the financial challenges faced by Andhra Pradesh. Despite plans to meet Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, the Chief Minister concluded his visit without further engagements on the second day and returned to his residence at Undavalli.
In his hour-long meeting with Amit Shah, Naidu focused on issues concerning the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014, and emphasized the urgent need for additional Central assistance due to the State's precarious financial position. Following the meeting, he took to social media to highlight the severe economic challenges caused by past mismanagement and corruption, affirming a commitment between the Central and State governments to formulate a comprehensive recovery plan for Andhra Pradesh's economy.
