Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy will visit Visakhapatnam on 15th of this month. Vahana Mitra checks will be distributed at AU Engineering College ground. The fourth installment of YSR Mitra checks will be distributed to taxi and maxi cab drivers. For the year 2022-23, financial assistance will be provided to 2,61,516 eligible drivers who have their own auto, taxi and maxi cab in the state. They will receive Rs.10 thousand each. This year the benefit will be up to Rs.261.51 crores. More people will receive this Vahana Mitra aid this year than in the last three years. While these motorists are facing financial difficulties, the auto drivers complained about the problems during YS Jagan's padayatra.
CM Jagan is providing this assistance as per the promise given in the Padayatra. The government made this scheme available after taking charge as Chief Minister. Government has invited applications from eligible drivers for 2022-23. Officials have identified a total of 2,61,516 beneficiaries this year. On the 15th of this month, Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy will provide this assistance at the rate of Rs.10 thousand each to the beneficiaries in Visakhapatnam. Out of the total 2,61,516 beneficiaries, BCs are 1,44,164, SCs are 63,594 and STs are 10,472.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్‌ జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి ఈనెల 15న విశాఖలో పర్యటించనున్నారు. ఏయూ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ కాలేజీ గ్రౌండ్‌లో వాహన మిత్ర చెక్కులను పంపిణీ చేయనున్నారు. ట్యాక్సీ, మాక్సీ క్యాబ్‌ డ్రైవర్లకు నాలుగో విడత వైఎస్సార్‌ మిత్ర చెక్కులను పంపిణీ చేయనున్నారు. 2022–23 సంవత్సరానికి గాను రాష్ట్రంలో 2,61,516 మంది సొంత ఆటో, ట్యాక్సీ, మాక్సీ క్యాబ్‌ ఉన్న అర్హులైన డ్రైవర్లకు ఆర్థిక సాయం అందనుంది. ఒక్కొక్కరికి రూ.10వేల చొప్పున అందుకోనున్నారు. ఈ ఏడాది రూ.261.51 కోట్ల వరకు ప్రయోజనం కలుగనుంది. గత మూడేళ్ల కంటే ఈ ఏడాదిలో ఎక్కువ మంది ఈ వాహన మిత్ర సాయం అందుకోనున్నారు. ఈ వాహనదారులు ఆర్థికంగా ఇబ్బందులు పడుతుండగా, వైఎస్‌ జగన్‌ పాదయాత్ర సమయంలో సమస్యలను విన్నవించారు ఆటో డ్రైవర్లు.
పాదయాత్రలో ఇచ్చిన హామీ మేరకు ఈ సాయం అందిస్తున్నారు సీఎం జగన్‌. ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా బాధ్యతలు చేపట్టిన తర్వాత ఈ పథకాన్ని అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకువచ్చింది ప్రభుత్వం. 2022–23కు గాను అర్హత గల డ్రైవర్ల నుంచి ప్రభుత్వం దరఖాస్తులు ఆహ్వానించింది ప్రభుత్వం. ఈ సంవత్సరం మొత్తం 2,61,516 మందిని లబ్ధిదారులుగా గుర్తించారు అధికారులు. ఈ నెల 15న విశాఖపట్నంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్‌ జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి లబ్ధిదారులకు రూ.10 వేల చొప్పున మొత్తం ఈ సాయం అందించనున్నారు. మొత్తం 2,61,516 మంది లబ్దిదారుల్లో బీసీలు 1,44,164 ఉండగా, ఎస్సీలు 63,594 మంది, ఎస్టీలు 10,472 మంది ఉన్నారు.
