A black deer has been spotted in Picchatooru settlement of Tirupati district. The dogs chased the black deer in the market street. The deer got stuck in the fencing wire while trying to escape from them. The locals noticed this and caught the deer. The captured deer was taken to the local police station and handed over to the police. For a few hours the black deer takes shelter in the police station. Locals flew to see the deer.

The police said that if the local veterinary officials treat the deer and hand it over to the forest department officials, they will release it in the forests. Locals believe that the deer may have come into the settlement in search of drinking water from the nearby Repalapattu forests.

తిరుపతి జిల్లాలోని పిచ్చాటూరు జనావాసాల్లో కృష్ణ జింక ప్రత్యక్షమైంది. బజారు వీధిలో కృష్ణ జింకను కుక్కలు వెంటాడాయి. వాటి నుంచి తప్పించుకునే ప్రయత్నంలో అక్కడి ఫైన్సింగ్  తీగలో ఇరుక్కుపోయింది జింక. ఇది గమనించిన స్థానికులు.. జింకను పట్టుకున్నారు. ఇలా పట్టుబడ్డ జింకను స్థానిక పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ కు తరలించి పోలీసులకు అప్పగించారు. కొన్ని గంటల పాటు కృష్ణ జింక పోలీస్ స్టేషన్లో ఆశ్రయం పొందుతుంది. జింకను చూసేందుకు స్థానికులు ఎగబడ్డారు.

స్థానిక పశు వైద్య అధికారులు జింకకు వైద్యం చేసి అటవీ శాఖ అధికారులకు అప్పగిస్తే అడవులలో విడిచిపెడుతామని పోలీసులు తెలిపారు. పక్కనే ఉన్న రెపాలపట్టు అడవుల నుండి జింక త్రాగునీటి కోసం వెతుక్కుంటూ జనావాసాల్లోకి వచ్చి ఉండవచ్చని స్థానికులు అభిప్రాయపడుతున్నారు.
