Telangana government has given good news to the students. The KCR government has taken a decision to increase the diet charges in welfare hostels in the state. To this extent, the ministers have sent the proposals to Chief Minister KCR. The ministers have proposed to increase the diet charges by Rs.1200 for 3rd to 7th class, Rs.1400 for 8th to 10th class and Rs.1,875 for inter students. It has been decided to increase the diet charges by more than 25 percent.
Ministers Harish Rao, Satyavati Rathore and Gangula Kamalakar had a meeting with senior officials on Wednesday over the diet charges of welfare hostels. On this occasion, the Ministers discussed with the officials the diet charges given so far to the students studying in the welfare hostels, provision of facilities for the students, management of the officials etc.
Ministers have decided that Telangana should have the highest diet charges than the states of Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka. To this extent, the ministers took a decision to increase the diet charges of the welfare hostels. To this extent, the documents related to the proposals have been sent to CM KCR.

తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం విద్యార్థులకు గుడ్ న్యూస్ చెప్పింది. రాష్ట్రంలోని సంక్షేమ హాస్టళ్లలో డైట్ చార్జీలను భారీగా పెంచాలని కేసీఆర్ ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఈ మేరకు మంత్రులు ప్రతిపాదనలను ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ కు పంపించారు. 3 నుంచి 7వ తరగతి వారికి రూ.1200, 8 నుంచి 10వ తరగతి చదివే వారికి రూ.1400, ఇంటర్ విద్యార్థులకు 1,875 రూపాయల డైట్ చార్జీలను పెంచాలని మంత్రులు ప్రతిపాదించారు. దాదాపు 25 శాతానికిపైగా డైట్ ఛార్జీలను పెంచాలని నిర్ణయించారు.
సంక్షేమ హాస్టళ్ల డైట్ ఛార్జీల పై బుధవారం ఉన్నతాధికారులతో మంత్రులు హరీష్ రావ్, సత్యవతి రాథోడ్, గంగుల కమలాకర్ బేటీ అయ్యారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా సంక్షేమ హాస్టళ్లలో చదివే విద్యార్థులకు ఇప్పటివరకు ఇస్తున్న డైట్ ఛార్జీలు, విద్యార్థులకు సౌకర్యాల కల్పన, అధికారుల నిర్వహణ తదితర అంశాలపై మంత్రులు అధికారులతో చర్చించారు.
మహారాష్ట్ర, ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్, కర్నాటక రాష్ట్రాలకన్నా.. అత్యధిక డైట్ చార్జీలు తెలంగాణలోనే ఉండాలని మంత్రులు నిర్ణయించారు. ఈ మేరకు సంక్షేమ హాస్టళ్ల డైట్ చార్జీలను పెంచాలని మంత్రులు ఈ సందర్భంగా నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. ఈ మేరకు సీఎం కేసీఆర్ కు ప్రతిపాదనలకు సంబంధించిన పత్రాలను పంపించారు.
