The thief laughed and said, "I am a thief, I did not wake the owner even though I knew that I was stealing." You are ungrateful to the master who feeds you. It is wrong to keep something like you around”.

"Those who do not have faith in the owner are still drowned," said the thief.

I did not have the intelligence of a thief who immediately thought of a horse. From that day on, she started doing all the work with faith in the owner.

నేను నిన్ను విప్పితే నాకేం ఉపయోగం అని దొంగ అన్నాడు. అప్పుడు గుర్రం, "మీకు కావాలంటే, నేను ఏమీ ఆలోచించకుండా మీతో వస్తాను" అని చెప్పింది. నీకు దాసుడిగా ఉంటానని చెప్పింది.

దొంగ నవ్వుతూ, ‘‘నేను దొంగను, దొంగతనం చేస్తున్నానని తెలిసినా యజమానిని లేపలేదు. నిన్ను పోషించే యజమానికి నీవు కృతజ్ఞత లేనివాడివి. నీలాంటి వాడిని పక్కన పెట్టుకోవడం తప్పు”.

‘‘యజమాని మీద నమ్మకం లేని వాళ్ళు ఇంకా మునిగిపోతారు’’ అన్నాడు దొంగ.

వెంటనే గుర్రం అనుకునే దొంగ తెలివి నాకు లేదు. ఆ రోజు నుంచి యజమానిపై నమ్మకంతో అన్ని పనులు చేయడం ప్రారంభించింది.
