KTR Supports Jagan Highlights Sharmila and Pawan

TRS Working President KTR has been actively commenting on the political dynamics in Andhra Pradesh in recent months. Before the election results, he had predicted Jagan as the frontrunner to win the polls. However, with Jagan experiencing a significant defeat, KTR's perspective has shifted dramatically.
In a recent media address, KTR expressed his surprise at Jagan's decisive loss despite implementing numerous schemes. He acknowledged Jagan's achievement of securing 40% of the votes but emphasized the unexpected nature of the outcome.
KTR also discussed the influence of Pawan Kalyan's Janasena party, suggesting that had Janasena contested independently, it could have altered the election landscape considerably. He described Pawan Kalyan as a pivotal figure in Andhra Pradesh politics, capable of changing the game.
Regarding Sharmila's role in the political scenario, KTR suggested she was strategically used to undermine Jagan's position but implied she might not gain much more politically from this strategy.
Reflecting on the election results, KTR expressed astonishment at certain outcomes, such as outspoken MLA Kethireddy losing his seat, juxtaposed with another candidate involved in a money scandal becoming the Chief Minister.
KTR also touched upon Chandrababu Naidu's current role and hinted at some agitation, noting Naidu's prominent position at the center and suggesting that if Naidu genuinely aims to assist Telangana, it would be beneficial.Responding to queries about the TRS rebranding to BRS and its potential impact, KTR dismissed concerns, asserting that the name change would not significantly affect the party's grip on power.
