Andhra Pradesh Government to Present Full Budget Today

The coalition government of Andhra Pradesh is set to present its first full budget today. Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav will introduce the budget in the Assembly at 10:00 AM, while Minister Kollu Ravindra will present it in the Legislative Council.

Reports suggest that the budget will focus on the “Super 6” welfare schemes and the development of the state capital in Amaravati. The total estimated budget for the 2025-26 financial year is expected to be around ₹3.20 lakh crore. The primary goal of the budget is to improve the state’s financial condition.

Before the budget presentation, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will chair a state cabinet meeting at 9:00 AM to approve the budget. After the approval, Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav will present the budget in the Assembly.
